AFTER MAS couldn't have been made without the generous support and financial assistance from:
THE TRINIDAD & TOBAGO FILM COMPANY is a national agency established in 2006 to facilitate the development of the film industry in Trinidad and Tobago. It runs various production schemes to assist local filmmakers. We applied for a grant from them… and they awarded us one!
THE PRINT ROOM is an arts centre located in Notting Hill, London that was established in 2008. It's presented theatre, dance, concerts and art exhibitions to rave reviews and The Spectator magazine has described it as "one of the most exciting fringe venues in London".
SPLICEpost-production in Shoreditch, London were very generous with their support for the film. Thanks to Trini-lover Duncan Western! The colourist Chris Rodgers was absolutely brilliant. Check out his reel.
ECLECTICand their sister company Greek Street Studios based in Soho, London were fantastically helpful with all things audio. Colin Smith provided a wonderfully moody score.
MAC COSMETICS supplied our make-up and also sent a great make-up artist, Gisel Calvillo, from the USA to Trinidad for our shoot. Thanks MAC!
The film was produced by RIPOSTE PICTURES a production company founded by Karen Martinez and Andy Lambert specialising in films with a Caribbean flavour.
